What happens during a showroom visit?
You spend 20 to 25 minutes with a spa expert. You sit in different models, feel running jets, compare brands side by side, and do a private wet test if you would like. You leave knowing which spa fits you, whether you buy that day or not.
Do I really need to wet test?
Videos cannot tell you where a jet hits your shoulders, or whether your feet float out of the lounger. It is the single most useful 15 minutes of the whole process.
How complicated is backyard prep?
For you, not at all. Before you buy, we do a free site inspection covering access and foundation, and we map out exactly what your yard needs before delivery day.
What about the warranty?
The brands we carry are backed by factory warranties, and Paradise Valley Spas has the largest hot tub service, repair and maintenance operation in the Bay Area, so your support stays local.
